K, so things seem to need to be lightened up here a bit
I'm sorry I have been so down lately but I haven't had the constant supply of alcohol and happy pills lately. Hehe! The good news is that R. has gone back to school so it is a lot quieter around here during the day. K. will be going back soon to. The bad news is that I am going to be working out of the home this year so I won't be able to post as often. But I promise I am going to keep a notebook of what is going on and if I don't get on during the week I'll post a big post every Friday, if anyone is still reading that is. ;)
So anyway, I saw this post about peoples favorite Movie couples of all time. I thought it was cool but it would take me way to long to think of them, so I thought I would tell you about my top 10 movies of all time. I hope someone actually comments cause it has been so long since I have gotten any feedback. (Andi, email me cause you were my 15,000 visitor and I want to send you a prezzie).
Onto the Movies:
10. Gone With The Wind - I'm a sucker for romances, especially ones that include Bitches and men that treat women like shit. Maybe it stems from my teen-age years where my boyfriend was a total abusive-asshole.
9. Pay It Forward - Never before this movie had I cried so hard for the last, at least, 30 minutes of a movie. I don't know if it had me so sucked in because I was finally a mother by then and having him....well...if you don't know what happened you have to watch this movie.
8. The Notebook - I have never seen a movie that has made me cry as hard as this one. My husband came home when I was watching the end of it and he thought that someone had died. Sobbing, sobbing, sobbing. If you enjoy a good love story movie this is the ticket.
7. CanÂt Buy Me Love - It involvess Patrick Dempsey (now aka: Dr. McDreamy. Need I say more. Ok if I must; I was the bitchy girl that wanted to be bought.
6. The Exorsist - As far as I can remember this is the first Horror movie that I had ever seen. I own the original box set now, and even though by nowadays standards it is cheezy, I personally thing that it was the First True Horror Movie of all time.
5. When Harry Met Sally - Organsm scene. Need I say more? Ok then, I have always dreamt that I would find the one I belong with even though it may take years. (And it truely did. K. and I broke up for over 2 years, I had moved out of town even, when we found each other again.)
4. The Lost Boys - I don't know why I love this movie. But it is probably because I am an 80's movie freak. I loved, loved, loved Corey Haim back then. Have you seen him now? A Corey Haim then and now
What the hell has he done to himeself? Probably what I have done to myself with drinking and shit.
3. Sixteen Candles - I can't even explain. I wansn't the left out one that was in love with the popular one, but I felt so in tune with the Samantha Baker/Molly Ringwald character. I was "in love" with a lot of boys in highschool, most of which were "to good for me". Need I explain more? I think almost everyone can idetify with this movie.
2. St. EmoÂs Fire : Do I really need to list the actors I loved in this movie and are now famous. Here is the Plot Outline: A Group of friends, just out of college, struggle with adulthood. Their main problem is that they're all self-centered and obnoxious. I was always like that so why wouldn't I connect with this movie?! Mwwahhh

The Breakfast Club - Five high school students, all different stereotypes, meet in detention, where they pour their hearts out to each other, and discover how they have a lot more in common than they thought. I was always this person. I was never the one that fit in. I could watch this movie over and over and over again, and never be bored. Actually it was my life, and it is my life now.
